All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds for products purchased from us, except in the event of a confirmed functional defect.

If your device develops a functional defect that prevents it from operating as intended, we will provide a replacement for the defective device when the defect is confirmed.

Because our devices may contain or be used with sensitive materials, customers are responsible for removing all personal information, sensitive materials, and data before sending a device to us. We are not responsible for any sensitive materials or data left on a returned device.

This policy does not cover cosmetic damage, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or damage resulting from improper handling.
